Things To Expect After Dental Implant Surgery:

Bleeding: After a few hours of the surgery, the dentist will allow you to go home. Minor bleeding is expected after the surgery of dental implants. This bleeding from the gums can continue for about 48 to 72 hours. The dentist will ask you to put pressure on the treated area by firmly pressing the gauze and then gently removing it. Furthermore, you can also expect selling after one day of surgery. It can go to the peak after 2-3 days of the surgery. The swelling can be reduced by applying an ice pack to the face.
