Malak Oisti

My name is Malak Oisti, and I am a trainee dental nurse with a genuine passion for patient care and personal development. In my role, I support dentists during procedures, ensure clinical areas are prepared and maintained to the highest standards, and help create a calm and welcoming environment for every patient.

Alongside my clinical responsibilities, I also work on reception, where I often serve as the first point of contact for patients. This part of my role allows me to make a positive first impression, assist with appointments and inquiries, and ensure that each person’s journey through the practice is smooth and reassuring.

I am currently studying Psychology, which has deepened my understanding of human behaviour, communication, and empathy—skills that are invaluable in both patient care and teamwork. My goal is to continue growing both professionally and academically, combining my dental nursing experience with my psychology studies to provide exceptional, patient-centred care.
